Role Overview
Company is seeking a dynamic Inception Community Manager (ICM) to lead the expansion of its startup engagement and community-building efforts across Asia Pacific South (APS) focusing on Vietnam. This individual will play a critical role in identifying high-potential startups driving ecosystem engagement and connecting technical founders with clients developer platforms and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Startup & Ecosystem Recruitment:
Proactively identify engage and onboard high-potential startups and accelerators in Vietnam. Promote clients Inception to founders CTOs and technical leads. - Community Building & Events:
Plan and represent clients at developer events startup meetups and accelerator programs to foster relationships and expand Inceptions regional footprint. - Startup Success Management:
Understand the technical and commercial needs of Inception members and align NVIDIA benefits (SDKs DLI LaunchPad GTM cloud credits) to accelerate their growth. - Technical Evangelism & Ecosystem Activation:
Advocate for NVIDIAs GPU platform SDKs NIMs Omniverse robotics and GenAI capabilities with developers and technical teams at early-stage companies. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Solutions Architects Developer Relations Marketing WWFO) and external partners (VCs CSPs incubators) to deliver outcomes for startups. - Pipeline & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and manage the startup recruitment pipeline for APS. Ensure startup engagement activities are visible and actionable. - Global Program Coordination:
Identify startups ready for deeper collaboration and support their transition into global clients programs or go-to-market engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years in startup ecosystem development VC partnerships developer relations or community management in a tech-facing capacity. - Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or Business. - Skills & Traits:
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and CRM/project tracking skills
- Passionate about the startup ecosystem and emerging technologies
- Self-starter with hands-on experience in community building and program execution
- Preferred/Bonus:
Exposure to Generative AI AI/ML robotics embedded AI or clients platforms (Omniverse CUDA etc.)
