Job Description
- Organize financial control system for production activities (including supply chain)
- Control compliance with production activities that affect key financial targets ensure compliance with financial control activities according to Vietnamese and international regulations (VAS IFRS SOX..)
- Manage build and control budgets for production including short-term long-term Capex Opex Cash Flow
- Financial control/optimization of key production activities and indicators ensuring optimal resources and costs along with operational efficiency
- Other activities such as investment project appraisal financial knowledge training for factories finance and accounting teams...
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; Master s degree or relevant certification (e.g. CPA CFA ACCA) is a plus
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management with significant experience in manufacturing or production finance
- Experience in setting up systems optimizing operations and managing the planning functions of an organization/team
- Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting OR internal audit/control
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Experience working abroad or in a multicultural environment is an advantage
- Proficient in English (4 skills)
