We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for Customer Support and Maintenance of an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) software product that delivers real-time voice and multimedia services over any access networks and on any user devices.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a telecommunication network. You will be part of our global support team working with multiple customers and their partners around the world and contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to understand troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
Provide day-to-day service and support to end customers and partners worldwide.
Effectively consult customers on software deployment and operations providing troubleshooting corrective actions and root cause analysis.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams and Solution Architects to find solutions and solve customer issues.
Maintain a strong customer focus with a positive service-oriented attitude.
Actively contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
