Our client is an international product company with talents from 16 nationalities now expanding our TA team to scale global hiring across tech & product markets. Theyre looking for a Talent Acquisition with strong headhunting DNA and a hunter mindset to help us grow faster and smarter.
What Youll Do
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for tech and product roles across multiple markets
- Partner directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to build pipeline strategy
- Source screen and close top-tier candidates in a high-paced environment
- Utilize headhunting techniques and direct outreach to access passive talent
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Track KPIs recruitment funnels and maintain high closure rates
What We Look For
- 3 years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple locations or markets
- Sales mindset: resilient target-driven and persuasive
- Comfortable with high-pressure KPI-driven environments
- LinkedIn network of 5000 connections
- Experience in headhunting and market mapping is a huge plus
- Fluent in English (working language)
- Location: Bangkok Thailand (Hybrid working)
- Salary: Up to $2000 Net/month Housing Flight Support
- Flight home every 6 months
