Our client is a top-notch company specialized in gems and jewellery who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Corporate Brand Management
Evaluate and develop the companys Brand Strategy and Marketing Strategy.
Research and analyze internal and external factors to provide direction for Marketing and Brand development activities.
2. Staying Updated with New Marketing Trends
Monitor and analyze new trends in marketing digital technology and consumer behavior.
Research and apply new technologies tools and methods to the company s marketing campaigns.
Ensure the marketing team is always updated and adaptable to trends and changes in the business environment and market dynamics.
3. Market Analysis and Research
Analyze data from the R&D department regarding internal business conditions competitors target customers and market trends to fully understand customer needs and development opportunities then adjust marketing strategies according to each cycle to ensure sustainable growth.
Evaluate the impact of economic social technological and cultural factors on the companys marketing strategy.
4. Developing Marketing Communication Strategies
Develop long-term and short-term communication strategies to enhance brand awareness increase revenue and maintain customer relationships.
Collaborate with relevant departments to set objectives budgets and implementation plans for each marketing campaign.
Guide the creative direction of content messaging and effective customer engagement channels.
Take responsibility for communication marketing results and effectiveness through BSC-KPI evaluation metrics.
5. Implementing Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing Communication Strategies
Participate in designing the organizational structure defining roles responsibilities and staffing of the Marketing division to ensure functional duties and output results.
Direct and approve integrated communication strategies across online and offline channels.
Ensure message and brand image consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Be responsible for creating compelling unique and customer-insight-driven messages.
Supervise and adjust strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.
6. Evaluating Marketing Performance
Establish measurement and evaluation systems for marketing strategy effectiveness via KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Monitor and analyze campaign results to assess success levels and return on investment (ROI).
Provide periodic marketing performance reports to the CEO evaluate risks and propose improvement solutions.
7. Implementing Changes and Supervision
Based on analysis results propose necessary changes to optimize marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to align with market trends.
Continuously oversee the implementation process to ensure marketing activities meet objectives and deadlines.
Promote the development and training of the marketing team to enhance work efficiency and creativity in brand development.
8. Strategic Partner Relationship Management
Collaborate with key strategic partners including media partners advertising service providers and major digital platforms to expand the reach and impact of marketing campaigns.
Education: University degree or higher in Marketing Communications Business Administration Enterprise Management or related fields.
Certification: Preference given to candidates who have completed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) training programs both domestically and internationally.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Marketing field with at least 5 years in a Marketing Director position. Preference for candidates who have served as Marketing Directors at major commercial banks or financial conglomerates organizations with high standards in system standardization multi-channel brand management integrated communication and strong media risk management.
Proven leadership experience in managing marketing operations to help brands achieve outstanding results during their tenure.
Industry knowledge: Understanding of the retail sector is preferred especially in jewelry fashion luxury goods and related fields.

Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing activities and brand building (Digital Marketing events Activations Promotions etc.).

Basic knowledge of administrative and human resource management (organizational structure workflow performance evaluation).
Foundational knowledge in business management sales and finance (understands retail models and key financial indicators such as gross profit pre-tax profit ROS ROE).
Basic knowledge of legal regulations concerning Marketing and Advertising activities in Vietnam.
