As part of our ongoing expansion we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Telesales Experts who are looking for a longterm freelance opportunity within a stable supportive and ambitious remote work environment.
Position Overview
As a Telesales Expert you will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our clients by engaging with prospective customers identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive mindset strong communication skills and a resultsoriented approach.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to both B2B and B2C prospects with the goal of promoting our clients products and services effectively.
- Identify and analyze customer needs adjusting your pitch and sales strategy accordingly.
- Convert qualified leads into actual business opportunities and close sales efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from the initial contact to finalizing the deal.
- Accurately update CRM systems ensuring all interactions and followups are recorded and tracked.
- Participate in daily briefings debriefings coaching sessions and ongoing training programs.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to contribute to collective targets and maintain high performance.
Requirements
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in telesales with a solid track record in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Excellent command of telesales techniques including persuasive communication active listening objection handling and closing strategies.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM software email VoIP platforms and other communication technologies.
- Highly organized selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong adaptability to a fastpaced sales environment and the discipline required for full remote work.
- Own professional working equipment: computer headset with microphone and stable internet connection.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written this is a nonnegotiable requirement.
