Job Description
- Lead and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Foster adherence to Agile principles and support continuous improvement.
- Serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach for the team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint goal alignment.
- Monitor sprint progress manage velocity and anticipate risks to timelines or scope.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Use JIRA to track and report project metrics.
- Identify and remove team blockers promptly.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- IT project experience in AI ML or Data Engineering environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with US-based teams.
- PMP CSM or other project management certifications are nice to have.
- Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
