Job Description
Join a leading Chinese manufacturer of high-performance mining equipment and wear-resistant parts established in 2005 and serving global mineral processing plants with innovative durable and cost-effective solutions. Products include slurry pumps hydrocyclones mill liners flotation machine parts screen panels mining hoses and more trusted in major metal mining operations worldwide.
Location: Mexico (covering South American region)

Your role will include:
Leading and managing all business development activities across Mexico and South America
Building new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts in mining and mineral processing sectors
Promoting and selling the companys full portfolio of mining equipment and wear-resistant solutions
Conducting market research competitor analysis and preparing detailed sales reports
Negotiating contracts and closing deals aligned with company strategy
Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
Representing the company at industry events exhibitions and conferences
What youll need:
Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)
Bachelors degree or above in Spanish English Marketing or Mechanical Engineering
5 years overseas work experience ideally with legal residence in Mexico or US/Canadian visa
Proven track record in direct sales of large-scale mechanical products
Experience working in Latin American factories or companies
Strong understanding of key-account sales models
Excellent communication and business negotiation skills
