Job Description
- Develop and maintain Test automation framework.
- Develop and execute automated/manual test cases and perform bug tracking and management.
- Understand user features and create test plans and test cases for assigned features.
- Contribute to building a flexible and scalable automation solution.
- Be a customer advocate and work closely with the team to ensure our testing strategy and environments resemble closely to customer use cases.
- Drive validation of high quality high performance and production ready software
- Ensure quality from low-level software to end applications
- Validate software in simulation and on vehicle
- Test and release in alignment with vehicle integration ensuring quality at the vehicle level
- Design maintain and execute automated tests including functional system integration functional regression and API testing
- Support and coordinate between QA engineers and the development teams to ensure growing test coverage
Qualifications
- 10 years of non-internship professional software development testing experience.
- 8 years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience.
- 8 years experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python or Java including object-oriented design.
- Relevant experience in field of automotive.
- Experience in test automation for Linux QNX Android OS and/or iOS.
- Experience with continuous integration systems.
- Highly technical organized creative motivated and passionate about achieving results.
