PAY RATE: $33.81/hour

Summary:
Fabricate and install seat covers curtains panels and custom carpets to design specifications.
Interpret blueprints engineering drawings and material specs to ensure compliance.
Use Corridor system for parts demand squawk tracking and work sign-off.
Perform advanced carpet installations with custom patterns.
Oversee projects delegate tasks and assist with safety audits.
Maintain shop equipment and ensure compliance with safety 5S and housekeeping policies.
Mentor junior technicians and support process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
4 years upholstery experience (including 2 years aircraft upholstery) or 6 years commercial upholstery experience.
Advanced upholstery/sewing skills and/or advanced custom carpet installation experience.
Knowledge of inspection/process specifications and terminology.
Proficient in English (read write speak understand).
Skilled in blueprint and engineering document interpretation.
Computer literate.
Able to climb ladders/stairs work in confined areas lift up to 40 lbs and work any shift.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
