About the Job:
A prestigious AM Law 200 law firm recognized nationally for its rapid growth and client-focused approach is seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in construction contract litigation to join our dynamic San Diego team.
Were looking for candidates with at least three years of high-quality experience in construction contract disputes. Exceptional legal writing skills are essential while deposition oral argument and trial experience will give you an added edge. The role offers flexibility to work remotely but candidates should be available for hearings depositions and client meetings in San Diego as needed. California Bar membership is required.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: For a fourth-year attorney in San Diego the starting base salary is no less than $175000 annually with potential increases based on experience performance and productivity.
