Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (Agile Use Case & Process Mapping)
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies/practices
- Experience in the technology field as a Senior-level Business Analyst
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in understanding and documenting use cases
- Skills in process documentation and mapping
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather validate and document requirements
- Create and maintain Agile project documentation including user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
- Facilitate requirements workshops and support backlog refinement
- Work closely with product owners developers and testers to ensure solution alignment
- Support process improvement initiatives through effective documentation and mapping
