Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead to guide our development this role you will be a key player in shaping the technical direction of our projects mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality scalable software solutions. Youll be responsible for leading the design development and deployment of our backend services and APIs ensuring they are robust efficient and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Architect and design scalable and maintainable backend systems using .
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Establish and enforce coding standards best practices and architectural guidelines.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Stay current with the latest technologies frameworks and industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements:
7 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on .
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Extensive experience with relational (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).
Experience with version control systems particularly Git.
A strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
Knowledge of serverless architectures (e.g. AWS Lambda Azure Functions).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
Experience with real-time technologies like WebSockets.
