Job Description
Primary skill : ETL-Datastage Power BI SQL (Oracle & PostGRE) Unix SH
Experience Required :
- Technical profile with 5 years in Data warehousing and BI
- IBM Datastage 11.7 and SQL-PLSQL
- Working knowledge Oracle and PostGRE database
- Should have hands on experience in unix shell scripting
- Strong proficiency in writing and tuning SQL queries and Good knowledge on Datawarehouse models.
- Exposure in Data Analysis design report development and unit test experience with Power BI (POWERBI desktop POWERBI Server and cloud).
- Performance Optimization in Reports and queries .
- Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly and transform into visuals.
- Ability analyze the models and build new models in POWERBI
- Ability to manage and monitor the schedules.
- An ability to independently research and solve complex reporting issues (Troubleshooting skills).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge Expectation :
Understanding of Database management system specifically RDBMS principles like normalization de-normalization data modelling relationship models ER Diagrams etc.

Understanding of methods to analyze and extract the data using Structured query languages.
Ability to learn data extraction and different transformation methodologys using Algorithms techniques and ETL Tools.
Fundamentals of data warehouse and different schemas.
Understanding of data security principles.
Understanding of methods to access & model the data and turn to actionable insights using BI Tools
Understanding of Operating system scripting Shell scripting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Optional (good to have)

- Optional : working experience using SAP BOBI 4.3 Tools (UDT IDT WEB Intelligence CMC Promotional management).
- Optional : Experience in report development and unit test experience with Web Intelligence reports.
- Optional : Proficient in creating and managing the BO universes using UDT and IDT.
- Optional : Experience in Universe conversion (unv to unx) and switching the reports unx and testing of the reports.
- Optional : Creating and managing the BO universes using UDT and IDT.
- Optional : Creating reports with multiple universes and managing the reports.
- Optional : Functional - Finance/Banking - Asset finance / Equipment finance / Leasing
