Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities
Required skills and qualifications
- Resolve technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity by analyzing root causes and identifying practical solutions.
- Oversee the manufacturing process ensure products are produced efficiently and meet design requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Manufacturing Supply Chain and Production to ensure seamless product realization.
- Support product development and design activities in support of engineering objectives
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing or assembly issues implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation including design drawings BOMs and specifications.
- Maintain regulatory approval (UL CRN etc.) and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
- Proficient in engineering principles manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability.
- Skilled in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a creative solution-oriented mindset.
