Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a MuleSoft Integration Engineer within the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Technology organization.
- Design develop and implement scalable API services using MuleSoft to integrate internal investment systems with the Investment Data Platform.
- Build and maintain critical APIs to support the launch and ongoing integration of a new Derivatives Platform.
- Collaborate with business systems analysts and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leverage expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure) to modernize and optimize MuleSoft-based integration infrastructure.
- Implement robust error handling logging and monitoring to ensure API reliability and performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment by partnering with EDM Technology team and key stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and DevOps principles for continuous integration and delivery.
- Ensure seamless integration of APIs with other enterprise systems and maintain high standards for data modeling and transformation.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of financial data instruments transactions and positions to deliver relevant integration solutions.
- Good to have: Experience with event-driven architecture messaging systems CI/CD pipelines BI tools and API security frameworks.
