Job Title: Commercial Locksmith and Doors Technician
Reports To: Office Manager or Franchise Owner
- Diagnose and provide solutions for customer security needs.
- Install service maintain repair replace doors frames locks keys door hardware door closers panic devices smart locks and more for commercial buildings.
- Install/repin/rekey high security locks like Medeco Assa Abloy Primus etc
- Use smart phone app and computer software to check in and collect payments from clients.
- Install repair and maintain Access Control Hardware
- Assist in installing wiring cameras and access controls hardware
- Minimum of 5 years experience in technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing doors frames access control door hardware and other skilled trades.
- Good verbal and communication skills.
- Great problem solver and fast learner
- Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service
- Must be able to fluently understand speak and write English.
- Ability to push pull and lift at least 50 lbs-100 lbs.
- Able to drive company vehicles
- Ability to do all physical activity and skills needed for the job.
- Pass background driver license drug and reference screens
