Purpose of the Job (Main Objective):
We are looking for a UI/UX Team Lead to spearhead the design strategy and execution across our digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned design leader with a strong portfolio deep user empathy and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing design teams. Mastery of Figma is essential along with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of UI/UX designers and developers fostering a high-performance collaborative and user-first culture.
Define and evolve the design vision principles and strategy in alignment with application product and business goals.
Establish and maintain a robust design system and component library in Figma ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with development end user and Executive teams to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences.
Champion user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
Mentor and coach designers providing regular feedback career development guidance and performance evaluations.
Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping testing and final delivery.
Advocate for accessibility inclusivity and design best practices across all digital touchpoints.
Monitor and analyze key UX metrics to continuously improve user satisfaction and engagement.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tools to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in eCommerce SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) to bridge design
and development.
Background in design operations or scaling design teams and systems.
