The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining information in the companys ERP system and related databases. This role ensures data accuracy completeness and accessibility for staff and management.
Essential Functions:
Accurately input update and maintain data in ERP and other company databases
Quote parts for sale to customers with a high degree of accuracy
Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as needed
Issue and send purchase orders to vendors
Invoice customers for completed orders
Enter print and record data plates
Upload labor time into the ERP system
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
1 to 2 years of related administrative experience required
Associates degree or two additional years of administrative experience preferred
Competencies:
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
