Assistant Account Manager - CL
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager - CL to join a team. This role is pivotal in supporting Account Managers by assisting with various client service tasks including certificates endorsements and client requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to multiple Account Managers assisting with the management of accounts based on experience.
- Handle client service tasks including certificates endorsements and client requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 or Applied Epic is a preferred.
- Account Knowledge: Generalist experience with various account types is a plus.
