Job Opportunity: Central Supply Coordinator (Full-Time) at Aston Park

Are you detail-oriented organized and ready to make a positive impact Aston Park Health Care Center in beautiful North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Central Supply Coordinator to support our Nursing Department.

  • Position: Central Supply Coordinator
  • Status: Full Time (MondayFriday 40 hours per week)
  • Pay: $19$21 per hour depending on experience
  • Reports to: Director of Nursing

About the Role

As our Central Supply Coordinator you will be a vital member of the team ensuring our supply rooms are well stocked and organized to support high-quality resident care. Youll manage supply inventories oversee ordering and collaborate with nursing and maintenance teams to ensure timely delivery and repair of medical equipment. Your attention to detail will help keep our nursing supply budget on track and maintain accurate resident charges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor inventory of nursing supplies
  • Ensure supply rooms are organized and fully stocked
  • Manage the nursing supply budget with support from the Director of Nursing
  • Oversee resident charges and monthly reporting to Accounts Receivable
  • Coordinate delivery and tracking of medical equipment
  • Work with maintenance for equipment repairs
  • Provide annual inventory reports and assist with engraving tasks as needed
  • May serve as a CNA if certified and/or if the need arises
  • Uphold Aston Parks mission vision and values in all duties

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a medical facility preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfort with basic mathematical concepts
  • CNA certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout the facility as needed
  • Capable of lifting 3550 pounds
  • Comfortable with both desk work and physical tasks such as bending and reaching
