Wellbeing Manager: Projects
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: 33050 to 35570 (Salary dependent on skills experience and knowledge)
Contract: Permanent
Base: Osney Mead Oxford

- Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues and the needs of people living with mental health problems
- Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
- Experience of providing leadership and/or management
- Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision
- Experience of managing risk
- Building strong professional relationships
- Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
- Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis
- Knowledge/Understanding of our values
