As the company has continued to grow and expand so have their teams and is looking to add on a full-time and permanent Service Lead Personal Lines Underwriting to join their team located in London Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
As the Service Lead Personal Lines Underwriting you will:
- Provide mentorship guidance and support to the personal lines underwriting team.
- Exercise authority to allocate resources and adjust priorities to ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Foster a culture of service excellence collaboration and problem-solving.
- Act as a peer leaderwhile not having direct reports you will be a trusted source of expertise and encouragement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer service delivery.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- CIP designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Personal Lines Underwriting.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary between $60000 and $80000 per annum.
