Any combination of education and/or experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position above and to include:
Acceptable appraisal courses may be sponsored by Washington State Department of Revenue IAAO The Appraisal Institute National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers or other major appraisal organizations and accredited colleges.
