Job Description

Were seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Client Services team. This is an opportunity to lead integrated marketing programs for exciting clients within the tourism spacehelping deliver results foster innovation and shape client relationships that stand the test of time.

What youll do:

  • Serve as the primary client lead for both media and brand/creative programscultivating strong trusted partnerships and acting as their day-to-day strategic advisor.

  • Lead campaign planning and execution across the full consumer journeystreamlining workflows and ensuring seamless collaboration within internal teams.

  • Own internal and client meetings distill clients business priorities and keep communications tight and strategic (recaps POVs timelines rationale).

  • Translate client objectives into comprehensive results-driven marketing plans and compelling proposals.

  • Drive account performance by monitoring revenue pacing forecasting SOW management and profitabilitywith an eye for growth opportunities.

  • Steer development of creative briefs campaign architecture messaging strategy and results analysis across digital and traditional channels.

  • Mentor and develop team members ensuring best-in-class standards and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional agency teams (creative media analytics business development) to problem-solve make decisions and drive progress.

  • Final QA of client deliverables and share learnings across internal teams.

Who you are:

  • 7 years of experience leading integrated account management at a marketing agency (destination marketing experience preferred)

  • A natural relationship builder and trusted advisor who is as comfortable with high-stakes presentations as you are with day-to-day communications

  • Strategic analytical and entrepreneurialproactive about identifying opportunities with a knack for creative problem-solving and insight synthesis

  • Solid knowledge of media planning and performance from an account lead standpoint: paid earned owned digital and traditional

  • Experienced developing creative briefs campaign planning documents and integrated marketing strategies

  • Financially fluent: familiar with agency revenue models SOWs forecasting and account growth

  • Excellent communicator with strong EQ executive presence and an ability to lead and mentor teams

  • Driven by curiosity trend-awareness and performance storytelling

Perks Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120000 - 135000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience education skill set and performance in the interview process.
