Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations maintaining high customer satisfaction managing service advisors and technicians and driving department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and profitability.

  • Supervise train and motivate service staff including advisors and technicians.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Monitor work orders repair progress and ensure timely completion of services.

  • Manage department budgets expenses and revenue targets.

  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Coordinate with parts and sales departments to improve workflow.

  • Address escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.

  • Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficient in service management software (CDK).

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
