Client Relationship Associate
This is a great job for someone who has experience of supporting Client Relationship Directors and Managers in delivering a high-quality service to institutional clients across multiple asset classes by managing client queries coordinating onboarding and mandate changes maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and contributing to internal projects product knowledge and operational excellence.
A bit about the job:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of first-class relationship management and client servicing at Aviva Investors. This role plays a key part in enhancing our reputation and promoting a culture of client service excellence across the organisation. You will assist Client Relationship Directors and Managers in the day-to-day servicing of EMEA institutional clients across a variety of asset classes ensuring timely resolution of queries and maintaining key management information. Responsibilities include managing the team inbox supporting client and consultant issue resolution and contributing to internal projects and administrative tasks. Youll also help with client onboarding for both pooled and segregated mandates including coordination of legal agreements and support changes to existing mandate agreements. Strong collaboration with internal teams and a growing knowledge of designated products will be essential as will accurate record-keeping in Salesforce and the upkeep of internal procedures and audit documentation.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Holds or working towards IMC or equivalent
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and demonstrate good collaboration skills in order to build effective relationships with different business areas across Aviva Investors.
An understanding of the Asset Management Industry and EMEA institutional market segments (eg UK DB LGPS DC).
Good communication skills and ability listen to clients understand their issues
