Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing assets people and processes Were seeking a Senior Fleet and Facilities Manager to lead and optimise our fleet operations and facility management ensuring contractual statutory compliance and operational requirements are met.

BE part of the change

To be part of the change this role will:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of fleet operations including procurement maintenance compliance and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate budgets forecasts and reports to support strategic decision making to achieve business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits on all assets to uphold fleet performance.
  • Manage all capex and disposal activities ensuring accurate forecasting for financial requirements.
  • Record and maintain registers of all commercial leases operational facilities motor vehicles and mobile equipment.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules for facility and assets are conducted to optimise asset life reduce downtime and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Mentor and support a team of coordinators and administrators.


Skills And Experiences

BE this person

As part of the solution you will have:

  • Certificate in Fleet Management Facilities Operations or Project Management
  • Extensive experience in fleet and facilities management across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge in the coordination of buildings facilities motor vehicle fleet and asset management.
  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
