We have an exciting opening within our Marketing team for a talented Event Content Manager a skilled writer and storyteller looking to grow their expertise in an environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
About the Role
As the Event Content Manager youll lead the creation and coordination of engaging content for in-person and virtual events across Boustead Geospatial Group (BGG) entities.
Working closely with subject matter experts youll curate high-quality on-brand content that supports business goals drives engagement and strengthens our brand.
Youll manage the content strategy and logistics for virtual and in-person events and ensure all content remains relevant creative and aligned with our regional and global objectives.
Heres what a typical day will look like:
- Content curation and management: Source manage and organise high-quality event content from internal teams and the global Esri distributor network.
- Event content development: Lead the design and delivery of content programs for in-person events across Asia and -develop agendas coordinate speakers and support content promotion and execution.
- End-to-end event logistics (Australia): Manage end-to-end logistics for Australian in-person events including bookings travel and conference coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- SME engagement: Support the build and manage a network of internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Support and brief SMEs to ensure high-quality content delivery across events and podcasts.
- Virtual events: Oversee the planning production and promotion of virtual events ensuring content is aligned with business goals and engages target audiences.
- Content quality and innovation: Enhance the quality and impact of event content by repurposing existing materials driving creative improvements and implementing post-event analytics to inform future strategies.
- Content amplification: Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to extend content reach across multiple channels and markets.
About You
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Event Content Manager who thrives on crafting compelling narratives and blending creativity with strategy to deliver impactful content across live and virtual events.

What we need from you:
- Degree in Marketing Events Communications Business or similar.
- 5 years experience in content management event marketing or related roles.
- Proven experience managing content for in-person and virtual events.
- Skilled in developing engaging event content with SMEs and aligning with business goals.
- Solid understanding of event planning speaker coordination and agenda design.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana or SharePoint.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Experience across APAC markets (especially Asia) is a plus.
- Comfortable translating complex technical content into engaging formats.
- Creative mindset with a focus on brand alignment and continuous improvement.
- Passion for content storytelling and knowledge sharing.
- You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
