Salary: $85000$200000 annually (Unlimited earning potential)

Key Responsibilities
Learn and demonstrate vehicle specifications features and capabilities.
Proactively generate follow up and convert leads into sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after the sale.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our inventory.
- Listen to customers identify needs and match them with the right vehicle.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate deals and trade-ins for win-win transactions.
- Collaborate with Finance Managers to finalize deals.
- Stay informed on industry trends the local market and competitor offerings.
- Attend all mandatory training meetings and events.
Qualifications
Customer service experience REQUIRED (retail hospitality or similar).
- Ability to learn retail sales quickly high energy and competitive spirit a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
- Flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- Valid drivers license.
