Job Description
PAI is excited to announce a new opportunity to lead specialized programming at one of our four sites across Oakdale and White Bear Lake! Were looking for creative and passionate team members to develop and lead activities in dedicated program spaces-such as an art room music room or a space tailored to your unique talent or area of interest.
Position Overview:
As a Programming/Activities DSP you will take the lead in setting up and managing a space focused on a specific activity. Youll be responsible for designing the layout of the room preparing materials and facilitating engaging sessions for the people we support. While scheduling details are still being finalized you will play a key role in shaping how your program is offered.
Hourly pay: $18.50-20.00. Monday through Friday: 33 hours per week.

- A strong interest or background in a specific area (e.g. art music movement etc.)
- Ability to organize and lead small group activities
- Creativity initiative and a passion for enhancing services
- Comfort taking ownership of a new space and working collaboratively with your team

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- One year of direct care experience working with adults with disabilities or seniors over 65.
- Must be 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
