In this role as Detour Youth Coach you will be responsible for delivering early intervention and prevention support to young people aged 1224 and their families through the Detour program. You will work closely with partners such as Melbourne City Mission Uniting and Kids Under Cover to provide intensive wrap-around coaching aimed at preventing youth homelessness.
You will help young people build essential life skills develop and commit to tailored plans for independence and connect them with their families communities and support networks. By focusing on early engagement you will empower young people to create sustainable pathways toward a more stable and fulfilling future.
