Location/Division Specific Information
Clinical Next Generation Sequencing Division (CSD) supplies sample to answer instrument software and reagent solutions; has the leading position in research markets; and is the market leader in targeted sequencing and clinical Next- Generation Sequencing.

This position plays a substantial role in ensuring products meet the required quality standards.
A day in the Life:
- Responsible for the inspection and acceptance of raw materials from critical supplier.
- Record inspection results accurately and promptly. Document any defects or quality issues identified.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns. Work with suppliers to resolve issues or initiate rejections if necessary.
- Audit processes and procedures for compliance.
- Attention to detail keen defect discovery strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Keys to Success:
Education
- High School Diploma with 2 years of experience in quality role; Associates degree preferred.
Experience
- Proven problem-solving abilities a dedication to quality and the determination to successfully implement solutions are key attributes for this role.
- Experience with Quality Systems (Change Control deviations complaint management documentation management).
- Understanding of ISO 9001 ISO 13485 standards a plus.
- Quality Assurance experience is highly desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivated adaptable.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $66000.00$99000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
