Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Screening & Telephone Assessments
Location: Queens Road Peckham (Office-based)
Rate: 31 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its clients Screening & Telephone Assessments Teamlocated at Queens Road Peckham.
Join our clients OT team in a key frontline role focused on screening referrals and conducting telephone assessments. Youll support decision-making provide equipment and minor adaptations and help manage the team inbox alongside the Deputy Team Manager.
What will your responsibilities be
- Screen incoming referrals and complete telephone OT assessments
- Signpost recommend equipment and minor adaptations
- Refer cases to the community OT team for home visits
- Support inbox management and assist customer support officers with decisions
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in adult social care or community OT
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
