Job Description
The part-time Licensed Real Estate Assistant position requires providing administrative support to Kat Robinson demanding strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment. The role mandates professional attire reliable transportation a valid drivers license and a Texas Real Estate License with adherence to TREC Fair Housing and MLS rules. Working hours are from 10 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday including a 30-minute lunch break with potential after-hours and weekend duties for tasks such as hosting open houses and showings which are paid. Responsibilities include CRM management in-office tasks like creating marketing materials and managing communications organizing staging inventory creating social media content according to Compass standards coordinating closings and organizing digital archives. Compensation is $20 per hour with additional mileage reimbursement and potential bonuses paid bi-monthly. The assistant will work as a contractor with quarterly performance reviews and all work must be conducted professionally on company time.
