Opportunity Awaits Apply Today! - PHD Management Support Specialist (ESS2)
The role is responsible for managing the flow of written and verbal communication between the PHD Leadership Team and internal and external stakeholders. It ensures the timely and accurate preparation of materials essential for informed decision-making. Responsibilities include managing calendar requests developing meeting agendas and executing short-term special projects on behalf of the Office of the State Public Health Director. Additionally this position serves as a central resource and administrative problem-solver for staff at all levels within the Office of the Public Health Director and with external partners.
This recruitment will be utilized to hire two Full-Time Limited Duration positions (12 months).
