Job Description
This role focuses on creating optimal team member-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated writer with a passion for crafting language that drives effective user experiences across digital platforms.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Development Stakeholders Researchers Clinical Legal and UI/UX Design teams to ensure all content is on-brand clear friendly and concise
- Stay current in assigned areas to effectively represent the brand
- Manage project timelines milestones and internal details to ensure timely delivery
- Participate in and facilitate meetings to understand business goals and objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems or roadblocks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure language consistency across all user touchpoints including:
- Calls-to-action
- Navigation
- Headers/Headlines
- Instructional text
- Error messages and system feedback
- Accessibility support
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors Degree required (preferred in writing editing copywriting advertising communications journalism or similar)
- Associates degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design a plus
- 5 years of writing experience
- At least 2 years of UI/UX writing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Figma
- Experience at a creative agency or large corporation
- Experience communicating ideas to business owners stakeholders and senior management
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working within and pushing the boundaries of established brand voice/editorial guidelines
- Familiarity with technical documentation for customer-facing UI
