Job Description
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. This position will manage the ARU for Sal PL Prime. The person will be responsible to drive Flexi Utilisation of salaried Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with Integrity
Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilizationAchieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent MetricsIdentifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings Monitor & measure key conversion productivity & data penetration metricsRetaining high performers and replace poor performers Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint
Good experience of MS ExcelGood understanding of MIS reporting and AuditExcellent communication Team Handling and problem resolving high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
