Key Responsibilities:
- Source Profiles: Utilize job portals and platforms to source profiles for non-IT hiring across various levels.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews based on the availability of candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate and close offers within the allocated budget for junior-level positions ensuring adherence to proper approval processes.
- Offer Letter Generation: Generate offer letters and initiate the background verification process for selected candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process until their joining date.
- Workday Processes: Complete all recruitment-related processes in Workday within the specified timelines.
- Recruitment Dashboards: Maintain and update recruitment dashboards to track the progress of hiring activities.
- Campus Hiring: Participate in campus hiring initiatives to attract fresh talent.
- Talent Pipeline: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build a robust talent pipeline especially for frontline roles.
- Onboarding: Work closely with HR Operations to ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires.
Competencies required
- Should have handled TA role in a corporate set up with experience of working on diverse Non IT positions.
- Strong people and communication skills
- Hands on experience of using MS Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.)
