Your tasks
- Define new AI product features as well as improve existing ones in collaboration with engineering design and business teams
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery prototyping development and rollout
- Conduct user research via interviews and experiments to deeply understand user needs and validate hypotheses
- Collaborate closely with our ML engineering team to build features that solve real business problems and align with the company strategy
- Partner with Sales Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption of new AI-powered capabilities
- Monitor feature performance gather feedback and iterate quickly
- Stay on top of current trends in AI/LLMs and assess how they can create product opportunities
Your Profile
- At least 24 years of experience in product management ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong conceptual understanding of both traditional Machine Learning and LLMs
- Track record in developing or managing successful AI-driven products or features
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to improve product management workflows (e.g. prototyping documentation)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) German is advantageous
Even better if you have- Experience developing AI-powered products in heavily regulated industries (e.g. legaltech proptech fintech)
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and applications
