Description
Position Summary
Leads and coordinates the activities of employees on the plant maintenance team; provides assitance to workers engaged in maintenance activties.
Reporting to the Plant Manager youll primarily work with the production and maintenance teams to ensure proper equipment maintenance.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Leads the activities of employees; provides assistance to workers engaged in maintenance activities; troubleshoots workerand maintenance problems and recommends solutions. Engages in interactive communication. Trains workers in productionmethods operation of equipment safety procedures and company policies. Monitors comprehension and re-trains as necessary.
- Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment returns all tools after use to proper storage location and performs routinehousekeeping (i.e.: cleaning organizing). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafeworking conditions and notifies supervisor.
- Performs preventative maintenance to forms throughout the plant and building; oils lubricates and inspects equipmentduring preventative maintenance; utilizes software to maintain records on maintenance performed; performs mechanical repairs asneeded.
- Coordinates work scope and monitors execution of outside third party vendors.
- Examines and inspects work progress and equipment to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met. Advisessupervisor of equipment needing attention.
- Records information such as personnel production and operational data on specified forms and reports.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated supervisory and manufacturing experience. Other desired qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Preferred Experience: Between 2and 5years.
- Ability to utilize basic tools to perform routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of Crane and Hydraulics maintenance.
