Job Description

The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. Currently only 39% of adults have an associate degree or higher despite 65% of jobs requiring post-secondary education. T3 provides resources financial assistance and opportunities to students and families equipping them for successful careers. Through collaboration with various organizations we strive for inclusive pathways to education. Our goal is systemic change that positively impacts the entire Tarrant County community for generations to come.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager of Corporate and Community Impact plays a key leadership role in T3s development efforts by driving the organizations corporate and community fundraising strategy. This results-oriented position will oversee a portfolio of external partnerships support cross-functional initiatives and serve as a key contributor to T3s growth sustainability and visibility across Tarrant County.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong track record of cultivating relationships securing corporate sponsorships and designing compelling campaigns that drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven environment has a strong command of development best practices and is committed to educational equity and workforce opportunity.
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday8:30AM 5:00PM (Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role does not directly supervise staff at this time but could in the future.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Development Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute a comprehensive corporate and community fundraising strategy aligned to T3s mission and goals.
  • Manage a corporate fundraising goal of $350K annually including direct management of $100K in sponsorships and memberships.
  • Work closely with the Development Committee to secure a presenting sponsor for the Pathways to Careers (P2C) platform.
  • Provide weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) engagement metrics and pipeline status.
  • Use Donor Perfect or other database to manage the engagement process and steward corporate donors from cultivation through renewal.
  • Secure a sponsorship in all 14 career clusters through a combination of industry sponsors bridge sponsors and retention of current sponsors.
Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and manage corporate partnerships in support of the T3 Pathways to Careers platform.
  • Serve as an additional liaison to the Fort Worth Mayors Council on Education and Workforce Development.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Corporate Growth & Strategy to co-lead the Hire2Hundred campaign.
  • Represent T3 at community events and with key partners including Workforce Solutions Interlink Region 11 and Chambers of Commerce.
  • Support onboarding of new corporate partners and coordinate timely collection of sponsor materials including assets for dynamic profile pages.
Campaigns Marketing and Communication
  • Create persuasive pitch decks flyers and campaign collateral in collaboration with T3s marketing team.
  • Coordinate production of industry sponsor interviews with the digital media team including logistics visioning and partner engagement.
  • Oversee tracking of sponsorship membership and partnership agreements through JotForm and ensure accurate documentation.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
  • Lead execution of the corporate development strategy using analytics and data to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with the T3 project manager to maintain workflow for internal and external teams and corporate partner asset collection.
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with sponsors workforce councils and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with T3 staff to align development efforts with programming and platform expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Public Relations Nonprofit Management or related field required.
Experience
  • 5 years of fundraising corporate engagement or partnership development experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing donor portfolios sponsorships or fundraising campaigns.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in workforce development education or nonprofit sectors.
  • Knowledge of Donor Perfect Form Assembly JotForm and Asana a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position will require travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to attend meetings and represent T3 at external events.

Work at a desk and computer screen for extended periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment associated with this position may involve varying noise levels ranging from low to high and is subject to frequent interruptions. Employees may also encounter periodic distractions resulting from the activities and interactions of colleagues in the vicinity while performing the essential duties of the role.
