Job Description
Marketing & Communications Specialist (m/w/d)
As Marketing & Communication Specialist you are responsible for the implementation of Marketing and Communications activities at Linde Engineering; you work closely with the business development & sales as well as global organization and are in continuous communication with colleagues worldwide.
Your tasks are:
- Coordination conception and further development of creative content for our social media channels internal and external websites landing pages and newsletters.
- Supporting and executing communication campaigns for our target groups with the aim of leads generation and sustainable customers including the use of a marketing automation tool.
- Setting up relevant landing pages in Salesforce Pardot creating content pieces in coordination with BD/Sales and following up on relevant leads.
- Management of the marketing shop approval of orders incl. procurement and planning of new products.
- Management of ordering process (SRM) for services licenses office supplies IT accessories etc.
- Administration of marketing SharePoint Tool Communication Shared Mailboxes Sales Ariba Portal LE Airtime Mantis.
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of marketing data (leads and prospects) in Salesforce
- Supporting in the implementation of our content strategy for our digital channels in collaboration with the sales departments
- Supporting on internal communications events sales meetings event fairs organization
- Supporting Website Maintenance development and quality assurance of global and local Linde Engineering websites
- Regular reporting and performance analysis of online marketing key performance indicators
What make you great
- Academic degree in communication business administration journalism marketing or a similar field and have already gained initial experience in this field
- 3 years professional experience in marketing communications or relevant to Linde Engineering
- Experience with SRM tool SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus
- We can expect you to have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications as well as the ability to work independently.
- It is to our benefit to expect from you creativity sociability and dynamism
- Reliable motivated with can-do attitude.
