We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen foran National Suppliers Coordinator to join our growing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working. This is a permanent opportunity.

Role Overview

  • Job Role: National Suppliers Coordinator
  • Location: Chippenham HQ (Hybrid working available)
  • Salary:(depending on experience)
  • Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration associated with all national suppliers for tyre rental glass and breakdown pool fleet re-allocations movements and remarketing.
  • Keeping databases up-to-date to ensure accuracy of information Monitoring of data sent to & from national suppliers
  • Understanding 3rd party systems such as Epyx for rental and the RAC Insight system.
  • Preparing supplier review files on behalf of the National Supplier Manager Concluding supplier reviews by carrying out action points and scanning paperwork where required
  • Monitoring transaction completion and ensuring outstanding jobs are concluded promptly. Managing invoice disputes to resolution including liaising with the supplier(s) authorising and processing of invoices and requesting credits as required.
  • Supporting the National Supplier Manager with general administration. This may include writing letters taking meeting notes organising events and creating reports. Providing cover for other members of the team for holiday and sickness.
  • Any other duties as required by the business including ad-hoc project.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
