The Opportunity:

QBE Insurance are looking for a highly capable Performance Reporting Manager to join our wider Financial Control Reporting team. This is a key role for someone who thrives on turning data into insight has a strong grasp of P&L performance and can confidently operate with autonomy. Youll work across multiple teams and geographies gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and contributing to the performance narrative of a global insurance business.

Your New Role:

  • Lead the preparation and review of the International divisions internal management result management reporting across QBEs European Operations

  • Deliver insightful analysis that explains business performance and supports strategic decision-making

  • Collaborate with the Reporting Centre of Excellence and Business Partnering teams to ensure consistency and quality

  • Respond to ad-hoc performance queries with clear data-driven insights

  • Identify and drive process improvements across reporting and analysis workflows

  • Coach and support junior team members to build capability and maintain high standards

  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business

About you:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent)

  • Significant experience in performance reporting FP&A or finance business partnering

  • Strong understanding of P&L drivers and financial performance metrics

  • Financial Services industry experience is essential; with Insurance experience highly desirable

  • Proven ability to work independently take initiative and deliver under pressure

  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills including with non-finance audiences

  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams when required
