Essential Job Duties
Description
The Public Outreach Program Subject Matter Expert provides technical guidance on public information activities collaborates with various stakeholders and develops outreach strategies to engage the community effectively. This role involves preparing reports presentations and responding to complex inquiries related to outreach initiatives.
Position Overview
- Provide technical guidance to professional technical and support staff involved in public information activities.
- Formulate written and verbal responses to complex inquiries regarding programs policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports presentations and materials for outreach events and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance community engagement and outreach strategies.
- Represent the organization at public events ensuring effective communication and information dissemination.
Qualifications
Required Qualification:- Years of Experience/Education/Certificates/Training:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Journalism Public Relations Business Administration or related fields.
- Three or more (3) years of related full-time paid experience.
- Previous Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in public outreach community engagement or related fields.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and provide clear guidance.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations tailored to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Wage Requirement
- Starting Salary range for this job is $194434.00 - $223600.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill education experience and working environment
