Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Defect Manager with strong technical expertise in software development and solid business acumen to address RFQs and support project wins. The ideal candidate will interface with brands suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage defect fixes and releases while ensuring seamless delivery in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with brands suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage defect fixes and release cycles.

  • Own and manage the feature backlog ensuring alignment with business and technical priorities.

  • Prioritize tickets effectively to maximize delivery value and ensure timely resolution of defects.

  • Lead agile ceremonies in collaboration with the Scrum Master to drive team efficiency and project progress.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address RFQs and provide input to win new projects.

Requirements:

  • 8 12 years of experience in defect management software delivery or related roles.

  • Strong technical background in software development.

  • Proven business acumen to address RFQs and contribute to project acquisition.

  • Experience working in agile environments with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar.

  • Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
