AI and Technology Consultant
Location: Boston MA (Hybrid)
Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the technology consulting industry to hire an experienced full-time AI and Technology Consultant. This role involves working with stakeholders across all organizational levels to deliver high-impact solutions bridging the gap between business needs and advanced technical capabilities.
What YOU will do-
Collaborate with executives managers and technical teams to design and deliver strategic AI and technology initiatives.

Lead or contribute significantly to projects involving Agile transformation cloud strategy DevOps practices and solution design.

Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Drive best practices in software development leveraging multiple programming languages and frameworks.

Implement and optimize IoT and edge computing strategies.

Manage and coach teams in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies including transformations from Waterfall to Agile.

Partner with clients to ensure deliverables align with business objectives and produce measurable value.

Contribute to internal growth initiatives such as training recruitment and business development.

Proven business and technology acumen with a track record of delivering results.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across industries roles and technologies.

Experience in one or more cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).

Experience with databases such as SQL Oracle MySQL Postgres or NoSQL.

Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java Python C# JavaScript etc.) and frameworks (.NET React Angular etc.).

Knowledge of IoT and edge computing concepts.

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies including Agile coaching and transformation.

Bachelors degree and 8 years of professional experience preferred.

Authorization for permanent employment in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
