Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Development Engineer to join our Platform Development PLT team in Puchov.
In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining our platform infrastructure ensuring its scalability reliability and performance.
- Develop segment/platform specification for a defined size range based on product and segment strategy requirements.
- Validate target constructions scale up solutions implement newly developed platform product.
- Ensure the basic performance of existing products and correct release of new ones.
- Design test concepts conduct tire testing evaluate performance data.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing plants globally.
- Close cooperation with other R&D departments worldwide.
- Taking part or leading International projects acreoss carious Continental departments.
THE POSITION IS FILLED AS A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT DURING MATERNITY LEAVE.
Qualifications :
- University degree in technical field (e.g. chemical mechanical engineering).
- English language on communication level.
- Advantage is having skills in:
- Project management
- Programming in MS Excel VBA
- Basics in field of Data science.

- Structured working style
- Strong communication and sociable networking skills.
Additional Information :
Initial salary (depends on experience and skills of the candidate):
Freshly graduate: TT8: 1 980 variable part
Experienced candidate: TT9: 2 200 variable part
Salary increase within the knowledge and experience gained up to 3 000 gross/monthly and more.
