How youll make an impact
As our Practice Manager youll be the cornerstone of day-to-day operationsensuring our practice runs smoothly efficiently and with heart. Youll lead a passionate team of clinicians and support staff fostering a collaborative and professional environment where everyone can do their best work.
Youll oversee financial performance budgeting and operational targets while bringing energy and structure to everything from team management to patient experience.

Your experience and approach
Were looking for a confident adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys supporting others. While experience in dental or medical practice management is a plus were most interested in strong leadership excellent communication and a solutions-focused mindset.
Heres what will help you succeed:
Proven experience in team or practice management (dental healthcare or similar)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in financial management including budgets targets and P&L
A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
